At Damali Mas, every costume is custom ordered and produced specifically for each masquerader. Because materials, labor, and production begin well in advance of Carnival, please review our policy carefully before registering.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your costume and secure your place in the section.

• All payments made toward your costume are non-refundable.

• Once costume production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or transferred.

• If Damali Mas is able to resell your costume prior to Carnival, you may be considered for a partial refund, less the non-refundable deposit and any applicable administrative or production costs. Any refund is at the sole discretion of Damali Mas.

• Failure to make scheduled payments may result in the cancellation of your registration and forfeiture of all payments made.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events, travel disruptions, visa denials, illness, personal circumstances, or failure to collect your costume.

Chargeback Policy

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Because all costumes are custom-made and production begins based on your order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for charges that are consistent with this policy. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you agree to contact Damali Mas directly so we can make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter before a dispute is filed.

Damali Mas reserves the right to contest any chargeback by providing documentation, including this policy, your registration, payment records, and any communications regarding your order.

By registering with Damali Mas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Payment Policy.

All costumes deposits must be made via website. Final Payments can be requested to be paid via zelle, cashapp, paypal invoices. If only costume deposit is chosen a PayPal invoice will be sent 5 days prior to cut off date for all remaining money due.

Damali Mas does offer group discounts of $35 off any backline costume for groups of 5 or more. Please have everyone in your group place the name of the person who contacted Damali Mas in the refered by section of the registration form. If you have a group of 10+ persons please call for further info on the discount program.

This year's costume comes included with sexykini. All Upgrades are as listed, High waist panty, wire bra, thong, etc. When checking out online you must choose the upgrade you will like as an add on to the base cost of your costume.
